Q: Which Payment methods do you accept?

A: Road Warrior VPN.com accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, and now Dwolla!

Q: How do I know if I will be able to connect to your VPN server?

A: As long as you can see this website then you can connect to the VPN server.

Q: Is only my web sites protected?

A: Everything is protected including your web traffic while you are connected to Road Warrior VPN.com. That included but is not limited to E-Mail, Instant Message, FTP, etc.

Q: When I am connected to Road Warrior VPN.com where does a websites such as google.com or yahoo.com see me connecting from?

A: When ever you are connected to Road Warrior VPN.com any server will only see you connecting from a Road Warrior VPN.com server.

Q: Can I send E-Mail through the VPN server using port 25?

A: No you can not, port 25 is blocked in order to stop spam abuse. In order to send mail you have to relay SMTP through your E-Mail provider.

Q: Should I use the TCP server or the UDP server

A: You should always use the UDP server when ever possible. There are some suituations where you're behind a firewall and you might not be able to connect to the UDP server. Which is why the TCP server is made available, just in case. The UDP server has less overhead than the TCP server which is why it is suggested to use the UDP server when ever possible.

Q: Which types of encryption does Road Warrior VPN.com provide?

A: Road Warrior VPN.com uses only the strongest encryption provided by each type of VPN service we offer. Please check out VPN Options for more details.

Q: How secure am I on my wireless network?

A: You are only as secure as your least secure connection. If you are connecting over an open wireless connection anyone within range can view your internet traffic.

Q: How to I configure the VPN client?

A: please refer to Configure and Install section for specific instructions.

Q: Do your VPN servers ever go down?

A: Our servers are periodically taken down for regular maintenance. You will not notice any interruption in service because your connection will be automatically rerouted to a backup server when this occurs.

Q: Do you block any types of traffic?

A: The goal of Road Warrior VPN.com is to provide you access to the entire internet with no restrictions. There may be occasions, such as if a user engages in sending spam, when Road Warrior VPN.com might have to limit access in order to provide the best possible service for all customers.

Q: What ports do you need open in order to connect to your service.

A: At a minimum you need to have port 443 TCP/UDP open for your outgoing internet connections in order to use OpenVPN client. If you are having problems connecting using the supplied configuration, then submit a ticket for assistance.

Q: Do you allow multiple logins?

A: We only allow you to log in once with each account. If you wish to have multiple connections at the same time then you will need to sign up for a additional accounts.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel any time of the day by simply logging into Self Service, select "My Services" at the top, then selecting the icon to the right of your product, scrolling down and selecting "Request Cancellation". If you paid using PayPal you also need to cancel the PayPal subscription through PayPal.

Q: I want to cancel my account, how do I do cancel?

A: You can cancel any time by logging to Self Service and navigating to "Portal Home > Client Area > My Products & Services > Product Details" and select Cancel Membership at the bottom of the page. Make sure to select if you want your account to cancel immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.

Q: Will you ever sell or give away any of my information?
