There is NO set up fee.
We do NOT charge extra for access to TCP servers. TCP or UDP servers are provded as part of the cost. You can use which ever one works better for you, but we do suggest using UDP since there is less overhead. There is not limit on bandwith usage. There is a 24 hour full refund policy, simply request a refund with canceling form self service.
